The only thing good about this visit was the wait time. Did not listen to concerns and felt as though I was completely brushed off. He said nothing was wrong however after fitting in the end of the day with our family dr and getting 2 prescriptions I was very disappointed that the dr here missed both diagnosis'. Would not reccomend this clinic at all. Receptionist was friendly however.
Slow service, un professional staff, extremely long wait times. Dr Ahmed is a joke told me I had a simple flu turned out to be strep. They were late by 3 days to call me with the results and give me a prescription. This was all confirmed with when the actual results came in and when the prescription was written. These people have no empathy towards patients. If you require service go else where. Even Calgary would be better considering the drive.
Only 3 people in waiting area and some how managed to take 2 hrs before seeing us. What a joke
On my second day of trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment to see a doctor, currently have been on hold for 12 minutes without talking to someone. Additionally when you call you receive an automated message telling you to dial 1 to make an appointment, when you do so it tells you to enter an extension even though you havent been given one. Takes you no where then hangs up on you. This clinic has definitely lost me as a patient, even though I havent had an issue with any of the doctors.
Wait times are absolutely ridiculous; appointment times should be respected. After coming here for a few years now not once have I spent less than 2 hours there during a simple general appointment they force you to attend. Lucky to see the doctor for 5-10 minutes of the 120+ they keep you there for.. Im definitely starting to look elsewhere for a physician
