Previously had ultrasound in Calgary at maternal fetal medicine-zero complaints. Would not recommend this clinic to any pregnant woman. Unprofessional & rude technician. All around terrible experience. Will not be returning. Would give zero stars if possible.
They ask you to make an appointment. You would think if an appointment time is available, it is not the same as the other 10in the waiting room. Sign says you can't always predict how much time each case will take. Working here? Why would you not know? My time is just as valuable and have alrrady been waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled booking time. Don't over book your patients!
Super friendly staff and very efficient. The reception, waiting rooms and washrooms were all very clean and organized.
Walked in for an x ray and did not even wait 3 minutes. Great staff and very clean office.
Often the wait seems like they dont trust that you drank all of your pre-ultrasound water so theyre leaving you a little longer to process it. Because they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early this does seem excessive at times. But staff are always courteous and professional, if not friendly and conversational. The free photo of baby ultrasounds is always special.
