You may get in to see a doctor quickly but thats for a reason!! If you want a pill pusher or someone who cant explain why you should or shouldnt have a certain prescription then see dr Efobi...idiot
Wait times are minimal, staff friendly and courteous. Dr Marfo is an excellent doctor who patiently listens to all concerns, writes them down old school style, and checks up / diagnoses the issues. Always recommends followup checkups and works during off peak hours when you actually can / need to visit a Dr after work or on a Sunday etc. The clinic itself is in a great location and is clean and well appointed. Highly recommended over other clinics in the city.

Either talking to reception on the phone or coming in they are super efficient and professional....but also sincere, courteous and friendly which is not common in many medical clinics. Thats not even the best part its that you feel they truly care about your well being and as I witnessed in the waiting room they are like this with everyone ..its not fake or just a job to them...they get it. Continuing on Dr. Marfo it's one of the last true old school professionals! Like the stop in the front he takes his time to thoroughly Ensure you got the best possible care. He's incredibly smart caring and knowledgeable easily one of the best doctors I've had in my 45 years of life! Take a look at the picture I posted here and reading it will sum up what I mean. It basically says be patient as the doctor may have a patient that requires additional time and that you will be getting the same courtesy. That just goes to show how thorough they are in making sure you get the proper care you deserve. A complete Class Act start to finish all the way. Well done you guys this is what health care should be like everywhere in Canada!
The front desk staff were very nice but that was the only positive part of going here.Brought my little one in after a couple days of fever and ear pain. The doctor checked a single ear, wrote a script, said "all done" and left. Very weak examination.I won't name the doctor, but I certainly won't be back. Generally speaking walk ins will feel rushed, but this was the worst I've experienced.
