Every time I have an appointment booked, even early in the morning, they are always behind. Every single time I have had to wait minimum half hour PAST my booked time to even get into a room while they take walk in clients and take them right in. Extremely disappointing experience every time I come here.
This is a tough review as I do like the family doctor we see at this facility However, my two star review goes to the administrative team at the front desk. I can confidently say there is always an issue with my family bookings and the disorganization has to stop. Over the years the frustration has grown as I have young kids I cart around to make things happen. Unfortunately their lack of professionalism and care leaves me no option.
This place is a joke. I waited over an hour in a alarmingly unsanitary and dirty patient room to recieve a physical that THE OFFICE REQUESTED. When the doctor came in, he said he didnt feel like doing a physical and we could rebook some other time when he felt more up to it. He then denied to answer ANY of my many questions i had, wouldnt listen to my concerns about my current prescription and kept saying I need to talk to another doctor??? Everytime i said something he would just say nononononono... over and over until i stopped talking. 10/10 would rather recieve medical advice and care from a lamppost before going back to this place.
awful front end ladies. and awgul service. got called to make an appointment to follow up something so i did, showed up for my 9 am appointment the doctor wasnt even in he building! at 915 i asked what was going on he sti was not there!! the place opened at 9 he had 3 people waiting! i have never once had a nice experience, gave them 3 chances ! i will now find a new clinic
I like my Dr at this clinic. The receptionist would not take a message or give me the results for a lab test saying the computer system was down over lunch?? I called back after lunch the receptionist said Everything is negative but u have a mild infection. I knew I had a bladder infection. I asked if my Dr could give me a prescription since she was out of the office the next week. She agreed except the prescription never arrived a my pharmacy after 2 hours. My pharmacy told me to physically pick up the prescription and deliver it to them. When I arrived at Oasis Medical Clinic there was 3 people at the front desk staring at their computers. I asked for my prescription and she kindly gave it to me. The receptionist I dont believe has every done this job before??Doesnt know how to take a message?Doesnt know how to use a fax machine??Someone is winging it or insubordinate??
