My father in law came here for some help with his hearing aids and the service was INCREDIBLE! from the front desk to the physicians, it was all amazing! We are very happy with the service we received. The ladies that work at this location are very professional and helpful. it's extraordinary, how above and beyond they go for their clients. HIGHLY recommend!
For the most part happy with the assistance I received and the product. I can't comment on price because I really didn't compare. Bow River was conveniently located and recommended so I just went with them. All very nice people. If I had one suggestion it would be that there is at least a tonal hearing test immediately after every hearing aid placement so initial settings can be based on that. I don't think relying on a client to try to explain what they are hearing is an adequate practice. Unfortunately a hearing test was being conducted at the time so I couldn't be tested right then. I acknowledge my new hearing aid has improved my hearing. But, at this point, not as signifigantly as I expected especially for the money these things cost (everywhere..not just here) So my is it tuned as well as it can be? Has it improved some frequencies dramatically and others not? Can it be fine tuned more after the hearing test? I'm hopeful! Just would like to come out feeling further ahead in the process than I am. I have a hearing test scheduled for a few weeks from now so I am really looking forward to that.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They helped me understand the affect of my hearing loss and made me feel it was not my fault and that there was a way to help. I am really enjoying my hearing aids and they really help to make sure they work well. Thank you so much

I have never been disappointed. Heather takes the time needed to do proper analysis of my needs, then fully explains all options suited to my treatment. I would highly recommend this business for all your hearing issues.
